I have recently come to the conclusion that I love Dr. Phil. He is fabulous! I tivoed a couple of episodes this week, because the topic sounded interesting, but now I just have to watch him every day. I love him. I'm sure he crossed the line with the whole Britney Spears thing (He sure as hell violated HIPAA), but I love him. 

The episode I just watched was about girls who post pictures of themselves drunken, passed out, and puking on facebook and myspace. There was a job recruiter on there talking about how he would not hire someone if he saw those pictures, so I had to go through and edit my myspace, lol. I mean I sure don't have any drunken photos or anything, but I took of the cigar picture. And I changed my default picture, which was the Conan tattoo. I'm pretty sure that if your profile is set to private, and if someone is not your friend on there, then they cannot see any pictures other than the default. So that's good. And I deleted my facebook, since I never use it anyway. Myspace is way better. 

I just do not understand people who post drunken photos of themselves on the Internet. I mean,  ANYONE can see those pictures! Even if you have the profile set to private, people can copy and paste the pictures ANYWHERE on the Internet. The entire world can see you passed out in the bathroom or wherever. I don't understand why one would want people to see them in such a state. Ah well. It does not affect me.

Something that DOES affect me: Project Runway!! Rami was SUCH AN ASS to Sweet P today! Oh my gosh! But he sure got his! Too bad he didn't get kicked off. Kit was kicked off! Ahh I really liked Kit. Oh well. Christian (and Chris) won this week!!!!!

That dress is AMAZING! It is straight up COUTURE!!! Oh my GOSH, I love it! Finally, Chris was able to make something costume-y. I love him. And Shannon, I still do not see how it resembles pasta, lol.
That is the ready-to-wear version of the dress. The skirt doesn't really go, but you can tell without a doubt that it would be part of the same collection.


This was Rami's dress.... gah. He worked with Sweet P, and he was criticizing HER!!!! When this is what he came up with! Ass.

This was Sweet P's ready-to-wear version of Rami's piece of crap. I love her dress! The judges loved it, too! So SUCK IT, RAMI! Really, who puts pants with a couture dress?!?!?! Idiot. 

Ricky didn't cry this week. :-( But in the previews for next week, he was crying!! So excited.

At Bennigans, they have fried Twinkies. I do not understand why one would think to take something so gross and unhealthy, and make it even more gross and unhealthy... not everything needs to be fried! I enjoy French fries, and mozzarella sticks... and onion rings. And I believe I enjoy fried mushrooms. But fried Twinkies is just... no! It is unnecessary! Really, fried cheese is unnecessary as well. It just sounds so gross. "Fried cheese." I guess that is why most places call them "mozzarella sticks" or something to that nature.

OOH! Angela Kinsey is pregnant, and she said that Rainn Wilson calls her every few weeks and asks her how Dwight's baby is doing! Ahhh I love that!! Stupid writers strike. I hope we will some day get to see Dwangela's offspring!

OH MY GOSH!!!!! PROJECT RUNWAY WAS SO EMOTIONAL TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CHRISTIAN ALMOST GOT KICKED OFF!!!! BUT HE IS SAFE!!!!! OHHHH DEAR LORD I AM SO HAPPY!!!! I literally cried tears of joy when it was announced that he was safe.... Oh my gosh I am so happy! I liked Kevin though, but I cannot even feel bad about his departure! There is too much happiness and relief that Christian is not gone!!! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh the relief!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like a loser. I have never cried over a reality show before... yet I did today! Oh man I am SO HAPPY!!!!!!!! AHHH CHRISTIAN!!!!!!!! His dress this week was so ugly, but he essentially did what his bitch client asked for. She was AWFUL! Christian should have won the whole damn thing just because he dealt with that girl. 


That is Christian's dress... it is not his fault that it is ugly!!!! It's that stupid model's fault! She fucking asked for that dress!!!! Damn her!!!!

In all actuality, Sweet P should have won! Her dress was BEAUTIFUL!!!! She's never won a challenge before!

That is Kevin's dress... he lost. Maybe if the model had worn a damn bra, it wouldn't have been as bad!!! Kevin should have finished the hem, though... but still, the lack of boob support sure didn't help. Yet the judges didn't comment on that! Whatever. Jerks.

Ya know, I really don't like the challenges when they have actual clients, because it doesn't seem fair to the designers! They are supposed to design something based on what the client asks for, and still make it look like their own design. That is all well and good. But if they do what the client asks, and the client likes it, and the judges do not like it... the designer could very well be kicked off the show! Which is just stupid. If the client wants something fucking ugly, don't blame the designer for that! If the client likes it, they should be safe. Whatever. I am just SO GLAD Christian is still there!!!!! Oh good lord, the relief!

I also got a little jacket thingy to wear over my dress to Emily's wedding! And I bought my Spanx, and a bra appropriate for the dress. Lovely.

My Conan Christopher O'Brien has returned to me!!!!! Oh my gosh, I am sooooo happy about this. I support the writers and all, but I actually like Conan better without them! As much as I want The Office and SNL to return, I shall feel a bit of disappointment when the strike ends. Conan is just so amazing without the writers! Oh god I love him.



Apparently there is a new episode of 30 Rock next week! And my TiVo informed me that Kenneth tries coffee for the first time during this episode! I cannot wait. That show is brilliant. 



Shannon and I watched Intervention yesterday. There was a man addicted to gambling (Gamblin Gabe!), and he was HILARIOUS! He sounded a LOT like Andy Richter, which made him that much more funny. This dude was in his 30's, and he was still depending on his parents for everything. He literally said "You are not fulfilling your parental obligations unless you pay off my debts!" He called them bad parents!!! They sold their house to pay off the money he lost gambling, and he wanted them to do even more for him!!! What a dick. Ah that episode was lovely. But the episode after that had a bulimic girl on there... yep, they showed her vomiting. Had to delete that episode. Couldn't finish watching it. *nausea* There was a sex addict on that episode, which I would have liked to have seen, but I could not risk seeing the girl vomit again. That was just uncalled for. Sure, it's fine to show people shooting up, but vomiting?! No, sir! I actually can't watch the people shoot up either, but that at least doesn't make me sick.

Project Runway was strange yesterday. The challenge was for them to go into the Hershey's store, and gather up as much material as they could in 5 minutes, and then make an outfit from it. Then the judges are like, "Well, that's not wearable! This was very poorly constructed!" What the fuck?!?! How about YOU create an outfit from that shit, Heidi Klum! Goodness. I hate Heidi Klum. Honestly, how can you tell them to make an outfit from items in a damn candy store, and be surprised that it is not wearable?!? "What?! You couldn't make an outfit from candy wrappers?! How do you expect to ever go anywhere in this industry?" Fools. Ah I do love that show, though.

So this entire entry has been about television. That's sad.

Yesterday, Shannon and I went to Battle Creek to look at dresses for Emily's wedding! I bought mine!!! It is sooooooo cute. It reminds me of the dress Marilyn Monroe wore in The Seven Year Itch... except it is not a halter... and Marilyn's dress didn't have black lace on it.... and hers appeared to be cotton, while mine is a satin-y material. Yep. So I hope it is acceptable to wear a cream colored dress to a wedding. Ah well, if it's not, it's not. And Emily said it's fine, lol. Ooh, I may or may not have bought six pairs of earrings yesterday, too! Ever since I got my ears pierced, I have been more obsessed with buying earrings than buying shoes. I guess that's a good thing, since earrings are cheaper... though I buy those in larger quantities than I would shoes. Ah well. Anyway. So I need to get a new bra to wear with the dress I bought... the strapless bra I have isn't low-cut enough. And I need to buy a sweater or something, since the dress has spaghetti straps and I am fat, and those two things just don't go together. Yep. AND, I should probably get some shoes as well.



I bought a black, sparkly clutch purse for the wedding, also! When I got home, I noticed that it was from Amanda Bynes' fashion line... I was sad. But the purse is cute, though! Stupid Amanda Bynes.

Angelica gave me a $20 giftcard to Walmart for Christmas! So I FINALLY bought The Office season 1!! Yay! At Walmart, apparently you are only allowed to pay for your dvds in the electronics section, not up front... that is strange. I do not approve. Not that they need my approval, though.



There is an Intervention marathon on today! Haha, that show is awful. I love it.

Merry Christmas, everyone! It is like 2 days late, but oh well. 

My Christmas was lovely. I got SNL season 2, a couple of serial killer books (very festive, no?), a pair of Little Mermaid socks, a pair of very colorful earrings, a pair of jeans, The Gnomemobile!!!!, and, my favorite gift: "Roseanne Roseannadanna's 'Hey, Get Back to Work!' Book." I just finished reading it, and it is soooo hilarious. Oh my gosh, I LOVE it!!! I've read plenty of comedy books in my day, but I've never really laughed out loud while reading them, but I was cracking up while reading this. It is amazing. Aw how I miss Gilda. Not that I ever knew her, so I can't really miss her... but you get the gist. Anywho, so my parents and I had the most non-traditional Christmas dinner ever: Steak and potato salad. And green bean casserole (my favorite holiday food!), butternut squash bisque, and banana cream pie! I love that it was more like a 4th of July dinner than a Christmas dinner. Yay for my family!

So my daddy's uncle is in the ICU! He apparently has blood poisoning. He wasn't doing very well for most of the day, but he's doing better now. I guess he finally peed, and that is a very good thing... I started laughing when my mommy told me that, lol. I shouldn't have, but what can ya do? "Wow, he passed urine! He is going to make it now!" It's just hilarious that of all things, PEEING is what is the sure sign that he will be okay. Well, it's not a SURE sign, but things are certainly looking better. So that's good. My dad's dad died from that blood poisoning business. All these years, I thought he died when an aneurysm burst in his stomach, but that is not so! The doctors still tried to save him after the aneurysm burst, but it caused so many toxins to get into his bloodstream or something.... eesh. That is terrifying. Anyway, so, hopefully my Uncle Bob will make it!

And my mommy had to have a biopsy today! She's had her period for quite some time now, for like a month or something... so the doctors did an ultrasound and they found fibroids on her uterus or somewhere in that vicinity. It's probably nothing serious though. My aunt had to have a hysterectomy because of that, though her case was more severe than my mommy's appears to be. The doctor said they might to some procedure where they like, take a wand-type instrument and burn the fibroids... *shudder* But that is apparently less drastic than a hysterectomy. It sounds FAR scarier, though. 

AND, my aunt has to have a biopsy on her thyroid next month! There is a lump or something on there that needs to be biopsied... goodness. So hopefully everything shall be okay with her as well as my uncle and my mommy!

On to happier things! I saw Juno today! I love Michael Cera!!! It was a good movie, but Juno herself was fucking annoying. And there wasn't enough Michael Cera or Jason Bateman. But that's okay I guess.

Shannon and I went to Barnes and Noble, and the mall today! Not a good idea... I ended up buying a shoe calendar (which is why we went to Barnes and Noble in the first place), a Marilyn Monroe calendar, 7 pairs of earrings, a serial killer book (it was only $4!), and 3 pairs of socks. I discovered that I enjoy socks. Not to wear with shoes though, since I don't have shoes that require socks to be worn! But I like wearing them around the house. Yep. Oh my gosh, they had socks with Zac Efron's picture on them!!!!! I was cracking up. Who would buy those? I'm sure I would have bought some Backstreet Boys or Hanson ones, though... actually I would still get Hanson ones...

Shannon and I also went to Red Robin for dinner, to see if the George Michael Bluth guy still works there... we did not see him, but we did see a dude who looks like a young Dwight Schrute! So that was exciting.


Also exciting about our visit to Red Robin? There was a hair in my salad, so both Shannon's and my meals were FREE!!!!! I only had to pay for my alcoholic beverage, which is fair. I love free things, even if it comes at the cost of a hair in my food. I got a free Cobb salad to go, so it all works out!

Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story is AMAZING!!!!! Oh my gosh, I cannot wait until it comes out on DVD. I bought the soundtrack today on my way home from the movie. I LOVE it! And there were so many delightful cameos! Paul Rudd, Jack McBrayer, Ed Helms, Jason Schwarzman, Justin Long.... ahhh it was lovely. And Jenna Fischer was in it! I adore her.


Shannon got me a Starbucks mug and a Starbucks gift card for Christmas!! And the gift card came in a little mitten!!! It is so cute. Yay, Starbucks! I ordered her present 3 weeks ago, and it STILL has not arrived!!! I do not approve of this. Not one bit. 

Shannon and I watched a bit of The Office season 3 today! Ahhhh on the blooper reel, John Krasinski walked into the scene with his pants down... but his STUPID MAN PURSE was in the way of his penis. I mean, he was wearing boxer shorts and all, so it's not like you would have been able to see the penis... but... we could have seen some bulge at least! Gah damn the man purse. Ah well, some day I will see his bulge. And it will not be covered by shorts or a man purse. I am very ambitious when it comes to my future sexual conquests.

I bought a nubby throw today! It is a pink blanket... but it's called a nubby throw. It's so soft! It smells gross though, so it is currently in the washing machine. Shannon says it smells like when you open the package that a Barbie comes in. *that's what she said*

Anyway. So those pictures of Krasinski, Will Arnett and Amy Poehler are from The Gap. You would think they would have the scarf that Krasinski is wearing... but they do not. I want that scarf! "Here, why don't you model for The Gap? Here, just wear this scarf... yea I don't know where the hell it's from... not The Gap though!" Jerks.

I made cupcakes today! From scratch! They look lovely! I have only tasted the batter, and that was REALLY sweet. As was the frosting (also from scratch, thank you!). So I may contract diabetes from those. Ah well. It's bound to happen sometime.

I enjoy the show Intervention. When watching that show, you keep saying to yourself, "I shouldn't be watching this! Why am I watching this? This is so horrible! Why is this even on TV? This should not be on TV!" It shows people getting high, and then their families intervene, and they show them fucking talking to them about their addictions, and they're crying, and begging for them to get help.... why is that on TV? Who even agrees to be on this show? Yet I enjoy it. I especially enjoyed this alcoholic lady on there. She kept falling down! They showed her fall literally like 10 times. It was so hilarious. But not something that should be on TV for the whole world to see! 

I bought a Playboy today! Tina Fey did an interview in that issue, so I felt it necessary to purchase it. I have a girl-crush on Tina. She is amazing. I like Playboy, too. It is a fine periodical. I should subscribe to it. 

I don't know what else to say. So I shall go back to watching Young and the Restless. Farewell!

This is random, but I have decided that, despite that bitch Oprah's endorsement of him, I shall be voting for Obama. He reminds me of the Kennedy's, and I like that. He is going to do something about the health care situation. And, if stupid Bush hasn't resolved the war by the time he's out of office, I have faith that Obama can fix things.  Gah I just hope Oprah doesn't gloat if he becomes president (which he probably will). "Look at MEEEEEE!!! If it weren't for me, Barack Obama would not be PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STAAAAAATES now!!!" Gah I hate her so much! Her show just needs to be cancelled already. Her and her damn "Oprah's Favorite Things" episode. Who the fuck cares what her favorite things are?!? The only reason people in the audience like that episode is because they get free shit. Free shit that no one has any use for, such as a refrigerator with a damn TV in it. Why would you need a television in your FRIDGE?! Stupid Oprah.

Wow. So this entry shifted quickly to a rant about my hatred for Oprah, when I intended it to be a mere statement that I am voting for Obama.


He is hot. But that has in no way influenced me in my decision to vote for him!

So the Justin Timberlake episode of SNL was on tonight! I do not care for Justin, but I LOVE when he hosts SNL. He is rather funny, I have come to realize. Ahhh the Target sketch was on this episode! "Berble germ." "Angelina Joleerr." "Haalliday caaandeerrrls!" "I hope a third thing doesn't happen to em!" "I burned my lips! And they were already chapped. And now, I find out I'm allergic to my new lip balm!" Ah good stuff, good stuff.

I am finished with my Christmas shopping! I am happy. I may or may not have bought Angel 10 toys, and a new necklace (the other one broke when I was playing with her. I went to grab her toy from her mouth, but I ripped her necklace off, lol). I gave her 2 of her new toys already, one of which is an olive!!! It's so awesome! And the other one is shrimp sushi. I also got her a bouquet of flowers (designed by Isaac Mizrahi!), a blowfish, an octopus, a bottle of champagne, bamboo, a duck... I don't remember what else. These are all plush toys, by the way. Yep. So she's spoiled as hell. I fucking LOVE her olive toy! I shall see if I can find a picture of it online. Lovely, here it is!


I might be allergic to hummus. I bought some from Hardings the other day, and it was YUMMY, and nothing happened to me. But I bought a different brand from Meijer, and I ate it, it was also YUMMY, but my face got all red and itchy. It was like that for almost 24 hours. I took Benadryl, which made me really really sleepy. And I felt high or something... So hopefully I will never have any reason to take Benadryl again, eesh. That stuff is scary. Anyway! So I don't know if I am allergic to the hummus or not. That is the only thing out of the ordinary that I ate or drank that day. I hope I'm not allergic to it! It's soooo good. I bought some from Target today, so we'll see, lol. I should just not eat it. Oh well.

You know who could be murdered and I would not be sad about it? Oprah. She's all vying for Barack Obama. Like, REALLY vying for him. She only wants him to be president because he is black. I do not recall her caring about other presidential elections. And you know damn well that if Obama wins, she's gonna be all like "Ooh, I'm so powerful! He never would have won if it weren't for me!" Ah I HATE HER! I am seriously considering voting for Hilary now, just because of Oprah. I don't feel too strongly one way or the other, with Hilary vs Obama. I'll be happy with either of them. They're both going to do something about the health care in this country, so that's good. I was actually going to vote for Giluiani, just because he handled 9/11 so well, but then I did some more research and found out that he doesn't really have a plan for dealing with the health care situation. So... yep, Hilary or Obama it is. They both appear to be fine candidates. I shall do some more research though. I have almost a year to decide anyway, so it's not important now. I really hope I end up liking Hilary more than Obama, though! Fucking Oprah. I just realized that I have the words "murdered" and "9/11" in the same paragraph. I wonder if this entry will raise a red flag with certain people. I think we all know what "people" I am talking about. I would rather not throw that word into this entry! That would be bad.

I love the Cheddar Asiago Sourdough Squares from Target. They are AMAZING! I wish they sold them at Meijer, since Target is kind of far away. Too far to go to buy those crackers all the time at least. Oh dear, another red flag word. "Target." I am referring to the store, and only the store.

SNL season 2 is out on DVD now!!! If I don't get that for Christmas, I will be upset. I think I will get it though. I have only mentioned it 100's of times to my parents over the past few months. 


That is not SNL season 2, but it came up on Google Images when I searched for it, and I like it. Yep.

Today I decided that I want to marry Nick Lachey. Or a man exactly like Nick Lachey. I do not know why I decided this today, but I did. I love that he is obsessed with watching sports. Even though I am bored with sports, I can't marry someone who is also bored with them. It is not natural for a man to be bored with sports, especially football. No idea why Nick Lachey opened my eyes to this, but he did. 



Oh man, he was on Oprah the other day, and Oprah asked him, "Was your public divorce painful for you?" What the hell kind of question is that?! "No, it was SO much fun! I want to do it all over again!... Oh, wait, we're DIVORCED now, so we can't go through a fucking public divorce with each other again." Idiot. How is she an accredited journalist, with questions like that? My God. 

Christian didn't get kicked off of Project Runway this week! No real reason why he would have. But he is my FAVORITE person on there, EVER, so I worry that he will be kicked off. I don't even care if he wins the whole thing, as long as he makes it to the final 4, which would obviously ensure that he is in every episode. 



I like Superbad. I didn't like it when I saw it in theaters, but Shannon and I watched it again the other day, and it is wonderful. I LOVE Michael Cera! The best part in the entire movie was when he said "They said that would happen..." Ah he is amazing. And HADER! Hader in GLASSES, no less! So hot. But more importantly, Michael Cera. I am mad that he hosted that SNL thingy. Stupid not living in New York. :-( Hopefully he will host the live show, whenever it fucking comes back. Ah and hopefully Jonah Hill will also get his chance to host.

I saw Robert Kelly!!!! He is soooooo hilarious. Too bad the "emcee" dude was not. Oh my gosh I wanted to punch him. But Robert was so amazing! And I met him! He's so sweet! He called me "baby" and he called Shannon "sweetie." LOVE HIM! Shannon and I wanted to ask him to ride the trolley with us, but we were scared that he would be mean, lol. He seems SO nice when he is not on stage. When he's on stage, he's a jerk, lol. He called some girl an alcoholic. He said something like, "Okay, we get it, ya alcoholic!" And he called some other people serial killers. 



 I am fucking OBSESSED with Hot Rod! It is SO the type of movie that a 13 year old boy would like (as Andy himself said), yet here I am, a 22 year old girl, IN LOVE with that movie. Oh man. Shannon and I were quoting it all day. "I whill! I WHILL forget it!" Ah and the commentary is amazing, too. I want to be friends with them. And that is sad.

Shrek the Halls was on last night. The gingerbread man slept between 2 pieces of bread!!!!!! And he was like "Excuse me! I don't feel so good." Then he threw up, and the vomit was a chocolate chip. I laughed really hard about that, and I don't know why. Oh my gosh, I want a pet gingerbread man. I would take him everywhere, and he would be my best friend in the world.

So... apparently Josh Peck smokes pot. He has admitted this to High Times Magazine. How will I ever watch Drake and Josh again?!?! And why, WHY would you even admit to this if you are the idol of many a pre-teen? Fool.



Anyway. So Hot Rod came out yesterday. I fucking LOVE that movie! There is nothing about it that sucks, really. And I got to see Hader wearing the shirt that I bought off of ebay, lol. That was exciting. I have no idea why I love that movie so much! A few times when I was watching it last night, I was like "What the heeell? Why do I like this movie?" But I do.

My back hurts. I do not know why. It better not be because of my choice in foot-wear. Oh, that would be tragical.

I am seeing Robert Kelly tomorrow! *excitement* And there is a new 30 Rock tomorrow! *more excitement*

There was supposed to have been a meeting regarding the writer's strike on Monday.... I have not heard anything further about this! So I guess they're STILL on strike. Gah. Jerks.

So... didn't get to meet Dane. I believe I was far too cocky about it before... and that is why I did not meet him. I am sad. But it was an AMAZING show! And I met someone named "Jeff" after the concert. That was fun. I do not know what else to say. Other than that I did not meet him. :-(
